Course participants are able to understand environment and sustainability aspects in manufacturing process.

This course also gives understanding about sustainability role for improving company’s competitiveness and innovation development. analyze the relationship between technology development and socioeconomic aspects and capable of proposing national technology and innovation policy alternatives based on those aspects.

Syllabus: Sustainability concept and process in manufacturing process, Green Manufacturing (Remanufacturing, Reuse, Recycling), Renewables and Resource Utilizations, Green Logistics and SCM, Eco-Innovation, Sustainable Manufacturing Best Practices .
